Minimum spend per order is $500, excluding freight. 

Wholesale pricing applies to stores with a retail storefront or salon. New customers will be requested to provide appropriate documentation.

Products or goods purchased under wholesale accounts shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the products or goods are offered for sale at a discount, the wholesale buyer shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount must be requested in writing to hello@herbsandheart.com and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

Payment terms

Herbs & Heart requires a 10% deposit payment to place the order - this is non-refundable. Balance payment is required 1 week prior to shipping. Customer will be contacted via email at this time to make balance payment. Payment is accepted via credit card (Amex, Mastercard or Visa), PayPal or EFT. We do not accept company checks. Orders with declined credit card will be held for 15 days, and contacted for alternate payment. If card doesn’t approve within 15 days, and another form of payment is not supplied, the order will cancel and 20% deposit will not be refunded. Credit card information is not kept on file, and must be provided with each order.


Products are generally sold with a minimum expiry date of 6 months. Products sold for retail purposes generally have a minimum of 9 months shelf life unopened prior to expiry. The nature of these natural products therefore may change in texture or loose the fragrance after the expiry date. 

Products must be kept at below 30 degrees C, exposure to heat above this level will affect the quality of the product. Products should not be left in vehicles or they will deteriorate.

We expect our wholesalers to maintain integrity of the product and dispose of unsold stock that has passed its expiry. We encourage you to place smaller, more frequent orders to ensure freshness in the product for your customer. 

Defective products will be replaced by Herbs & Heart, see terms and conditions. It is retailers due diligence to ensure their customers have been informed on natural ingredients within product to prevent known allergic reactions.


Cost of goods outlined in catalogue does not include shipping or handling charges. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Courier. Shipping costs are billed out at standard rates directly to customer. Freight carrier is subject to change without notice.

Routing information must be specified at time order is placed. Herbs & Heart does not ship C.O.D. and does not Dropship.

Customers will be notified via email when order is ready to ship. All orders will be shipped to address specified by the customer at time of ordering. It is the customers’ responsibility to notify Herbs & Heart if changes are needed to order prior to shipment. Failure to do so will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Order cancellations and changes

Changes to orders can usually be accommodated before order reaches warehouse for fulfilment. If order has been processed, order changes cannot be accepted. Order cancellations must be in writing, and received prior to shipment. If order is packed to ship, the 10% deposit will be kept in place of a restocking fee.

Claims and returns

All Herbs & Heart products are Natural,and handmade. As such, there may be slight variations in smell, colour, texture and viscosity. These are not considered faults, rather signifiers that the product is natural, hand made, authentic and unique. Please examine your order upon arrival. Any shipping-related damage or loss must be claimed by the consignee with carrier. All other damages or shortages must be reported, with photographic evidence, to Herbs & Heart within 7 business days of receipt of goods in order for a claim to be honoured. If in stock, replacements will be provided for damaged items. If the item is out of stock, either a credit on future orders or refund to original payment form will be offered.

Herbs & Heart do not buy back or offer credit for unsold stock.

Herbs & Heart aims to cap the number of stockists at 3 per inner-city suburbs. This is to protect the retailer’s right to offer something unique to their customers, whilst still allowing Herbs & Heart to grow as a business too. Exclusivity per suburb can be discussed with Herbs & Heart directly for rural locations. 

Stores that spend $1000+ per month are able to gain full suburb exclusivity on our entire range. This is something that we monitor closely to ensure compliance. We endeavour to be as transparent as possible with all of our retailers by publishing our full list of retailers on our website and contacting existing retailers if we if we are approached by another retailer in a nearby area.
